The "Love Rocks" show @ The Band Factory in Cozad, Ne was outa sight!

On Saturday, February 12th 2022, the boys hit The Band Factory in Cozad, Ne for the Love Rocks concert with their new friends, Wild Roses, from Kearney, Ne. & both bands rocked out!

Venue owner, Mark Lewis was an amazing host! He and his crew work very hard to prepare for the night, making sure everything is clean, set up & ready to go. The guys can't say enough about how hard these folks work to make The Band Factory experience a good one for everyone from the performers to the fans who come out to support local live music. The floor was scrubbed, the tables were setup & cleaned & the bar was prepped! Everyone needs to give Mark & his crew a big thank you for what he's doing for Cozad and the surrounding communities. Keeping live music alive is a difficult task these days and they really are doing a lot of great work to make it happen.

Wild Roses

Wild Roses took the stage first at 8pm and started the night out right with their mix of classic rock covers, sprinkled with many of their own original songs - all of which have great hooks and are full of energy. They played quite a range of covers from Journey to Scorpions & from Guns & Roses to Linda Ronstadt. Cassie, their lead singer, really projects well with her strong voice and sings with confidence, while her band rocks out! If you haven't been to a Wild Roses show, go check them out. They're fun and energetic and a group of cool people to boot!

At 10:30pm the boys took the stage and opened with their bone shaking nod to the greatest barbarian of all time, Conan, in the song "Riddle Of Steel". They continued to roll out the list for all the fans attending, including fan favorites like "Jokes On You", "Wheel Of Pain" & "Let Me Slide". They also included the newest rocker, "The Mountain", which met with much applause! They, of course, finished the night with the ominous finale "Dethtrap" like they often do. The crowd was rockin', and afterwards, the band even signed some autographs.

Mark Lewis

All in all, it was a great time and The Band Factory had an outstanding turnout for live music. If you get a chance to go to The Band Factory when they are having live music, please go support them. Mark & his crew have done an amazing job and have helped the local community a great deal. They can't support the community and live music unless you go and support them. Remember, it goes both ways, so get out there and attend concerts and raise some hell! Live music and Nebraska bands depend on you!
